If we uncover something that requires work outside the original scope, we'll explain what we found and get your approval before moving forward. No surprise work and no surprise charges.

How do you get a price without a visit?
For many Handy projects, a few good photos and a short description are all we need.
Send OnCall photos of what you need completed along with a brief description, and we'll review the project and typically send you an itemized quote within 24 hours, with no estimate appointment and no waiting for someone to stop by first.
Photos help us see the existing conditions, fixtures, access, and other details we need to properly understand the scope.
If we need additional information or determine that an onsite visit is the better way to accurately quote your project, we'll let you know before providing a price.

If your project requires permitted or specialized electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work, OnCall coordinates with the appropriate licensed trade partners, giving you one company to call and one team managing the project.

There's no separate trip fee. Handy Home Services has a $249 minimum service call.

Can you do several small jobs in one visit?
Absolutely, and we encourage it. Send us your entire to-do list along with photos, and we'll provide an itemized quote with each service priced separately.
